I. Quality and Certification Guarantee

1.1 The products strictly comply with the mandatory certification standards of exporting countries and target markets (such as lithium battery UN38.3, MSDS, inverter CE, IEC system overall ISO 9001/14001, etc.), and provide complete technical specifications in English and Chinese with the shipment.

1.2 100% of lithium batteries pass the charging and discharging cycle test, thermal shock and short-circuit protection test before leaving the factory, and the defective rate is ≤0.3%; 72 hours aging test is implemented for the inverter and system equipment to ensure that the performance meets the standard.

1.3 Support SGS, TÜV and other third-party inspection, free rework or replenishment for unqualified goods (limited to cases where the responsibility belongs to us). 

.Delivery and transportation guarantee

2.1 The transportation of lithium battery strictly follows the IMDG Code and IATA rules, and adopts UN certified explosion-proof packaging with MSDS and 1.2m drop test report; the system equipment adopts shockproof and moisture-proof customized wooden box, and internal fixed anti-displacement design.

2.2 The whole process is insured against all risks of sea/air transportation, additional war risk and lithium battery exclusive insurance (coverage ≥ 110% of the contract amount), and the claim procedure will be started within 72 hours of cargo damage.

2.3 When the responsibility of delivery delay is attributed to us, we will pay 0.15% of the contract amount (upper limit 8%) on a daily basis, due to force majeure, we need to notify and provide proof in writing within 48 hours.

.Technical and after-sales support

3.1 Provide free remote technical guidance (video/graphic), equipment installation and commissioning manuals (including multi-language versions), complex systems can be negotiated to send engineers (costs are negotiable).

3.2 Warranty period: lithium battery 5 years (capacity degradation ≥ 20% can be replaced), inverter 12 months, the system as a whole 12 months (key components extended warranty to 10 years)

3.3 Respond within 30 minutes for after-sales consultation and provide solutions within 48 hours for faults.

IV. Compliance and Dispute Handling

4.1 Ensure that the products comply with REACH, RoHS and target country environmental regulations (such as the U.S. EPA, the European Union Battery Directive), rejected goods free of charge to assist in the return of goods or compliance transformation.

4.2 Priority negotiation to resolve disputes, unsuccessful negotiations submitted to the Swiss Chamber of Commerce Court of Arbitration (SCAI) or the Hong Kong International Arbitration Center (HKIAC) arbitration, the application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

4.3Strict confidentiality of customer's technical parameters and business information, the leaking party needs to compensate not less than 30% of the contract amount of liquidated damages.

V. Value-added services

5.1 Provide free product carbon footprint report, recycling program and policy compliance advice for target countries.

5.2 Long-term customers can apply for billing period (credit assessment is required) or customized OEM/ODM services.
